What my father drinks: honey consistency liquids - when available

My father chokes on regular food and water, so everything is pureed (which he won't eat most of) or thickened. He's always thirsty. This honey consistency stuff is supposed to be in the fridge in the dining room all the time for him, but more than 50% of the time there's none. That means he has nothing to drink. Since what he mostly does is drink or eat frozen desserts, that means he's hungry and thirsty.

I've spoken with all the staff about this many times. Nothing, it seems, can be done. Everyone says they'll do something, though.
